are committed to customer satisfaction. We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase, as we use the best materials and equipment to create it. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, you’re entitled to an exchange or refund provided that:

You notified us within 7 days after order receipt.

2.

You obtained a RMA number from us, which you have to state on the outside packaging when sending the item back to us.

3.

We received the item back within 14 days of providing you with RMA number, and

4.

We receive the item back in perfect condition, unused, in it’s original packaging (unopened).

We will not refund any delivery costs. We will not provide any exchange or refund for any custom / bespoke item. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any problem / query you may have at customerservice@chocovenyl.co.uk or call us at 0161 408 4035 anytime.

aim is to have your order made (all products are made to order) and delivered to you within 5 working days (UK orders). This can sometimes take a bit longer due to reasons we have no control of. In such cases, we’ll contact you in time for a status and estimated delivery date.

orders are final once you confirmed the order. All orders will be charge in GBP (£). We reserve the right to cancel your order once it’s placed if we feel we can’t produce a high quality end product due to low resolution image or any other reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing the order.

Chocovenyl web site and its content (including all artwork) are copyright protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (C. 48). It’s forbidden to copy or reproduce any of the site content or its artwork without Chocovenyl LTD. Consent to do so, in writing.

Chocovenyl

has complete confidence in the media to adhere without peeling or wrinkle on any flat surfaces and under any weather conditions. But due to the unknown variable conditions of where the media is being placed or used: we can not guarantee that under any and all circumstance the media will stay completely in tact, that no adhesive will remain on the surface when removed or that your surface will not adhere to the media. Reasons being: number of painted coats on your wall, age and type of paint used, dirt, undulation, dryness or dampness of your intended surface, no primers used and/or heat (making the adhesive more tacky) from the sun when removing off a window or surface.
